SHIPPING POLICY
SparklingVie orders are packed and sent within 1-3 business days following the order. We ship worldwide and dispatch the orders from Switzerland. We are dedicated to ensuring fast and easy delivery of our products to your doorstep.
Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address that will assure secure delivery of your order. We are not responsible for address errors. A signature may be required to receive orders valued over 200CHF.
We offer shipping by Swiss Post. Deliveries within Switzerland takes 3-5 working days and the standard rate is 7chf. Express Delivery which is the next day delivery is also available for 15chf. Orders over 250chf are shipped for FREE.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We also ship internationally, from Switzerland. Please take this into consideration when placing your order as estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location.
COVID 19 UPDATE – DELAYS MAY OCCUR WITH SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made. International Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days following the order. We ship orders internationally via SWISS POST. Shipping fees vary depending on destination. Within Europe it’s 24Euros. For other destinations please get in touch with us to get a shipping quote.
Please note that you will need to take responsibility for the cost of shipping as well as for any import duties in your own country.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We do not guarantee delivery times, all delivery times are quoted and may not be exact. All shipping time estimates do not include time the package may spend in customs. In our experience, time in customs is usually between 1 and 30 days.
All shipping times exclude delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control. We do not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by a third-party. We are not accountable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Refunds
As a SparklingVie Customer, If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if the product has been damaged during shipment, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within 6 days after the item was delivered. Returns of unwanted items must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with any seals attached and unbroken.
If you wish to return any items from your order please contact us at hello@sparklingfemina.com and we'll provide you with returns number and the address. Please attach the returns label to the parcel and make sure you obtain a receipt as proof of postage as you are liable for any loss.
Refunds are processed within approximately three [3] business days of our receipt of your returned damaged product and will show on your statement within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
